We just returned home from an incredible stay at Willow-Witt Ranch. We stayed in a walled tent for 3 nights with our 2 year old. It was super convenient because everything was provided for our stay we only needed to bring our personal items. The tents are comfortable with 2 large beds and a few steps away from the super clean bathrooms with stalled toilets and showers and a fully equipped kitchen including multiple stoves and grills, dishes, sinks, and even ice chests! We flew in to Portland to “camp” so this was extremely convenient for us, we go the camping experience without having to haul all our gear. The farm location is easy to get to, right outside of the quaint city of Ashland. There are lots of good places to eat and shop in Ashland, so spend a little time exploring there. Lithia Park is AMAZING! Our 2 year old loved playing in the creek! Definitely worth a visit! The 440 acre farm is set among beautiful forest and meadows, plenty of onsite hiking opportunities! The owners are delightful and welcoming! It was so interesting to learn about the history of the land during the farm tour. We got to let the ducks out, collect chicken and duck eggs, bottle feed the baby goats, watch the pigs get fed and enjoy the company of the 5 farm dogs and 2 farm cats. We also enjoyed the fresh eggs, goat milk, berkshire maple bacon and goat sausage. It was a wonderful experience and we hope to visit again with extended family!
