What hours are you open?

The Farm Store and the farm are open 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. Call for road conditions in the winter.

Do the Farm Stay accommodations have Wi-Fi?

Yes, there is Wi-Fi available at both the Meadow House and Farmhouse Studio accommodations. Cell phone service can be spotty.

Is there running water at The Camps?

Yes, The Camps at Willow-Witt Ranch features many amenities, including running hot and cold water, a large and well-appointed ADA-accessible Cookhouse, a modern ADA-accessible Bathhouse, plus our popular outdoor showers overlooking the beautiful meadows.

Do you have hiking trails?

Yes, Willow-Witt Ranch has approximately 8 miles of trails — many with little elevation gain, including a 2.5-mile Wetland Interpretative Trail; a Forest Interpretive Trail is also planned. Learn more about our hiking trails.

Do you have pack goats available for hikes?

Yes, and pack goats are ideal pack animals for backpackers and day-hikers. Hand-raised goats are polite, inquisitive, sure-footed, and willing companions, capable of carrying 25-30% of their body weight, approximately 30-65 pounds. Learn more about our pack goats.

Is your area a good place for birding?

Yes, Southern Oregon is host to a remarkable diversity of bird species and birding opportunities. Bring your binoculars (or borrow ours) to our birding hotspot. Learn more about birding at the ranch.

Is your area good for cycling?

Yes, advanced cyclists will find the Cascade-Siskiyou Scenic Bikeway is a challenging ride for any cyclist. Shale City Road is a paved BLM loop connecting to Dead Indian Memorial Road at the 13-mile and 7-mile markers. Willow-Witt Ranch is on this loop and allows you to skip some of the least interesting mileage on Dead Indian Memorial Road on your trip back into Ashland. Learn more about biking in our area.
