Winding Down

A shifting landscape
A kaleidoscope of changing colors
Cooler nights and sunrise dew
Autumn spreads her long arms around us slowly, stretching out the shadows as the days shorten
The sun becomes a spotlight on the beauty of the land as the pace of life begins to decelerate.
This is a deeply regenerative time of year to spend on the ranch, and a wonderful time for youth to connect with nature. We are thankful for all of the field trips and outdoor school programming that The Crest organizes and hosts this time of year, fostering one of many symbiotic relationships that occur here.
Come on up, say hello to the animals, wander along trails, and book a stay. We hope to see you soon!
