The Farmhouse sleeps up to six guests. It features two queen beds in a divided loft and a full kitchen, bath, and double sleeper-sofa on the main floor. The entire property is off grid; the Farmhouse has Wi-Fi.

Amenities

The Studio’s full kitchen is well stocked for preparing great meals from the farm and gardens, including a full selection of dry goods and spices, plus farm-fresh eggs, milk and butter in the fridge. Nearby, a wood-heated hot tub is available for an additional fee; please let us know if you’d like to take advantage of the hot tub in cooler weather (it’s not available during fire season).

POLICIES

To confirm your stay, we ask for a 50% deposit when you book. The remaining balance will be automatically charged 7 days before your first night with us.

This working farm uses Maremma livestock guardian dogs. No dogs or pets are allowed. No open fires (wood stoves only). No smoking on premises.

Farm House Studio Cancellation Policy

We are a small business with limited guest accommodations and each reservation is important to us. Our cancellation policy balances flexibility for guests with the need to plan for our farm operations

Cancel 30+ days before check-in → Full refund of deposit minus $25 processing fee.
Cancel 7–29 days before check-in → 50% refund of deposit or date transfer for up-to 1 year available.
Cancel <7 days before check-in → No refund, no transfer dates.
